BIG THANKS

Just a quick thanks to all of the wonderful staff and nurses who helped take care of Mikaela and make our stay(s)at FAHC comfortable.

Thanks to the transport team and all of the people behind the scenes that worked to make it possible for Mikaela to get here safely.

Thanks to Dr. D'Amico for helping keep Mikaela going.

Thanks to Dr. Guillot for always believing in us and for being such a strong advocate for
Mikaela.

Thanks to our employers for being compassionate and supportive.

Thanks to all of our friends and family who helped us get to and through today and who will help us get through the rest of this journey. Even though our "transplant/trip to Pittsburgh" plan wasn't even really set up yet, you all helped make it happen -and quickly.

Thanks to Luke for being the BEST big brother and son in the whole world.

    I love you Mikaela! You're so strong and that smile is so inspiring! Keep giving those doctors your sass and make sure they know they are taking care of the most important patient in the world!

    It was so great to see you yesterday, Mikaela! What a crazy few days, you are such an amazing girl! Hang tough, kid! Your cousins CAN'T wait until Friday! They don't stop talking about you and keep asking if it's time to go see you...very sweet! They are all so excited to visit. In case you didn't know, you are very adored!
